• When work starts: when we email you that it has begun.
• If we can't deliver what you bought: a full refund.
• If we close an order because we didn't hear back within 30 days: a full refund.
• If a healthcare provider buys something that would expose patient information: we cancel the order and refund in full.
• Fixes instead of refunds: for done-for-you work, we fix anything that doesn't match the description if you report it within 5 business days of delivery. For kits, we replace broken files (section 14).
• How to ask: email hello@mwsconsulting.studio with your order number (for kits, your license code too). We send approved refunds back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Kits bought through Link: you can also ask Link support. As the seller, Link can refund within 60 days of purchase in some cases, and its refunds include any sales tax. Where the law gives you a cooling-off period, Link applies it.
• Before disputing a charge: please contact us first. We can fix most problems quickly.

MWS CONSULTING — ONE-BUSINESS WEBSITE KIT LICENSE

License code: printed on your copy

This code identifies the one purchase this license covers. Keep it: we ask for it when you want help, an updated copy or a fresh download link.

A purchase licenses this kit to one business, for one website. That business may choose any included look, edit it, use AI or a contractor to help, make backups, and publish its website on a host of its choice. The included looks are alternatives for the same licensed business, not separate business licenses.

You may not resell, redistribute, share as a template, sublicense, or bundle the kit or modified template files for others to reuse. A contractor may work on the licensed business's site but may not reuse the kit for another business without another purchase. Normal delivery of website files to visitors through hosting is allowed.

Every copy of this kit carries the license code of the purchase it came from. If a copy is shared or reused outside this license, we may contact the purchaser for that code and ask the hosts of those copies to remove them.

The purchaser is responsible for accurate content, image permissions, applicable advertising and professional rules, and its own hosting/domain accounts. No customer leads, search ranking, AI citation, revenue, uptime, or Lighthouse score is promised. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.

THIRD-PARTY NOTICES

Each kit's LICENSE.txt lists the fonts and any other outside parts it includes.
