The consultation and snapshot forms send what you type to systems MWS Consulting Studio runs itself. This page says what that covers.
What this site collects
Forms
The consultation and free-snapshot forms send your name, contact details and answers over an encrypted connection to the customer-records system MWS Consulting Studio runs on its own rented server. An AI assistant that runs on MWS Consulting Studio's own computers writes a short summary of each request for us. The email links on those pages still work if you prefer your mail app. Do not send medical records, credentials or confidential client information.
Website check
When you use the free website check, the web address you type is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights and Mozilla's HTTP Observatory, which test that public site. Our own server also reads up to 10 pages of that site. We keep the result for 10 minutes so a repeat check is quick. Your internet address is used only to count checks for the hourly limit. It's held in memory for that and isn't saved to disk or to logs. If you ask for the full list, your name and email, the web address you checked and a short summary of its result go to our customer-records system, like the other forms.
Who sees it and for how long
Requests are for MWS Consulting Studio only. They are not sold or shared. We keep them while the conversation, or the work that follows, needs them. To have yours deleted, email hello@mwsconsulting.studio.
Visit statistics
The site counts page views with two tools: Vercel Web Analytics, and Umami, which runs on our own server at analytics.mentalwealthsolutions.org. Neither uses cookies. Each page view records the page, referrer, approximate location (country, region, city), browser, operating system and device type, and Umami also records how fast the page loaded. Our analytics server also keeps a private log of the internet address of each page view for 30 days, then deletes it. Vercel groups visits by a hash it discards after 24 hours, and Umami groups them by a code that changes at least once a month. We keep Umami's statistics for 13 months. We don't change how the site works when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Future services
Any other analytics, scheduling, newsletters, advertising or managed-service data flows require a separate provider and retention review before release.
