Managed AI
AI that runs on your own accounts.
If AI can take a chore off your plate, we set it up on accounts you own, show your staff how to check its work, and write down how to fix it if it breaks.
We set up AI to take one specific chore off your plate. It runs on accounts you own, and your staff get written steps to check its work and fix it when something goes wrong. Before we build anything, we write a go or no-go note, so you know whether it's worth doing.
What's included
The AI model is only one piece. The job it does, what information it may see, who checks its work and what to do when it goes wrong all have to be written down too.
Is it worth it?
We look at the job, where AI could go wrong and what a mistake would cost, before picking any tool.
Picking the model
We compare open-source AI models and where they'd run, based on the job you actually have.
Daily instructions
Ready-to-use prompts, examples, check steps and a backup plan for when it gets something wrong. We also run hands-on AI training for your staff.
Who sees what
Who can use it, what information it's allowed to see and where everything is stored.
Checking and fixing
A way to check its quality, a plan for updates, and who to call when something breaks.
A go or no-go note first.
Before we build anything, we write up the job, what information the AI can use, the options, who owns what, how we'll check its work and who fixes problems. Then you decide.
Get in touchWho it's for
Owners and managers with one specific job AI might help with, who want it running in their own accounts, not someone else's.
What we don't promise
You keep the accounts, the setup and the notes. Nobody can promise an AI model is always right, always running or perfectly secure, and we don't.
Questions
What does client-owned AI mean?
You control the accounts and computers it runs on, and you get the instructions, the quality checks and the recovery plan.
What happens before you build it?
We write the go or no-go note, so you know whether the job, the data limits and the check steps are clear enough to build.
What jobs can AI help a small business with?
Jobs with a clear input and a person who checks the result: drafting replies, sorting messages, summarizing documents, turning notes into forms. We look at your one job first, and we'll tell you if AI is a bad fit.
Is my business information safe?
It runs on accounts you control, and we write down what information it may see and where it's kept. Nobody can promise a system is perfectly secure, so we plan for mistakes too.
What is open-source AI?
AI models you can download and run yourself, on a computer in your office or on a cloud account you pay for. That way your setup doesn't depend on one company.
Do I need to buy new computers?
Not always. Some jobs run fine on a cloud account and some on a computer you already have. The go or no-go note compares the options and what they cost.
Do you work with businesses outside New York?
Yes. We work with small businesses anywhere in the US by video, phone and email. New York City and Long Island are our local base.
Got a question about your business?
Local shops can start with a free look. For websites, AI or how your business runs, we talk it through and put a plan in writing.
